Hai helps you plan journeys and discover your city. Live predictions depend on transport providers and can change or become unavailable. Metro headways and published timetables are estimates, not guaranteed live arrivals. Check station displays and official operators for final boarding, delay and ticket details.

Your account

Use an account you control and keep your credentials private. Do not misuse the service, automate abusive requests or falsify location-based rewards. You control optional location, notification and marketing permissions.

Testing access

Payments are disabled. Features and availability may change during testing. Tickets are sold by the linked operators under their own terms. Promotional offers have their own stated eligibility and limits.
