What we use

Your verified email and account name identify your commuter account. We store your saved commutes, preferences, outings and community activity to provide those features. Hai uses Supabase for sign-in and Cloudflare for hosting and account storage. Commuter account records are stored in the EU.

Your location

Location is optional. When you request directions or enable station arrival detection, your position is used to calculate routes and proximity. Relevant coordinates are sent to our routing services. Choosing a point on the map works without device location. Turn location access off in your browser or device settings.

Notifications and community offers

Notifications require your permission. Partner suggestions and marketing emails are separate, optional choices. We do not sell your precise location to businesses. Partner interaction and redemption records help enforce campaign allowances and show campaign performance.

Your controls

You can sign out, change preferences or deactivate your commuter account in You → Account. Deactivation stops saved commute monitoring. To request deletion or ask about your information, contact sebisoran@gmail.com. A business account, if you have one, is managed separately.
